WW Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting SMBs for a global industry leader. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, generating and qualifying sales opportunities.

Work location is Athens, Greece with on-site work and relocation package including hotel, airport pickup, flight ticket, and real estate assistance.

Qualifications

• Dutch at C1 level required.
• Business English at C1 level required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.

This role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with an emphasis on generating and qualifying sales opportunities.

Work Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level &English: C1 level
Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Your Responsibilities

• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
