Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting SMEs for a global leader. The role emphasizes outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with a focus on generating and qualifying opportunities.

Work location: Athens, Greece, on-site. Compensation: €1,400 gross per month for 14 months, plus an annual bonus and a full relocation package (hotel, airport pickup, flight, real estate support).

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• CRM systems familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
