FH Collective - Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support agents to join our Greece-based team, with full relocation support for EU candidates and the option to work remotely within the country.

You will resolve inquiries with empathy, investigate issues, promote community safety, and use data to improve user experience. The role offers a base salary up to €1,500 gross per month with 14 payments, plus a performance bonus and comprehensive relocation and work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset with willingness to help others.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).
