Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join one of our leading BPO clients in Lisbon, Portugal. Native-level Dutch is mandatory, plus English at B2 or higher, and strong communication skills.

Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates, with the chance to work and live in Portugal in a professional, international environment. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Dutch: Native or C2 level is mandatory.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
