The lemon Consulting in Athens, Greece is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle guest inquiries, manage calls, and ensure smooth communication with accommodation partners.

The role requires Dutch and English fluency, flexibility across shifts, and strong MS Office skills. We offer relocation support, 25 days of annual leave, meal allowance and performance bonuses after training period.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Dutch and fluent in English (B2+).
• Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues.
• Tech savvy with MS Office products.

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guests.
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues.
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Athens, Greece

Work model: On-site, 100% (possibility of Work From Home upon finalizing 3 week onsite training)

Employment type: Full-time

Salary : 1500 EUR per month (x14 salaries)

300 EUR reimbursement travel reimbursement
21 day accommodation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guests
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Dutch & fluent in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
• Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Sunday, from 09 AM - 12 AM (midnight). 2 days off per week.
