The lemon Consulting is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Athens for a hybrid, full-time role. You will handle high-volume B2B outreach and video-based engagements, building a robust sales pipeline.

Required: native Dutch, strong English (B2), 1–2 years in sales or lead gen, CRM experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Relocation not required for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch with strong English (minimum B2).
• 1–2 years of sales, lead generation or business development experience.
• Experience in tech or digital advertising preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Confident conducting client-facing video calls daily.
• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound B2B sales across all funnel stages.
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social outreach (video meetings core).
• Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various lead-gen methods.
• Build, manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to onboarding team.
• Track and report KPIs daily, monthly and quarterly against targets.
• Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and defined cadences.
• Accurately document all interactions and activities in the CRM.

Work model: Hybrid (on-site for first 5 months, after 3 days office/2 days home)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all stages of the sales funnel
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media outreach (video meetings are the core responsibility)
• Identify and approach alternative decision-makers using various tool and lead generation methods
• Build, manage and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
• Qualify leads and hand over high-quality opportunities to the onboarding team to continue the sales process
• Track and report on daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets
• Ensure adherence to response time SLAs and defined sales cadences
• Accurately document all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native / fluent in Dutch with good command in English (minimum B2 level)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development
• Experience in tech or digital advertising environment is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies
• Confident conducting client-facing video calls on a daily basis
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in performance-driven and target-oriented roles
• Digital advertising knowledge is considered an advantage.
