Next Job Abroad is seeking a native/Dutch-speaking customer advisor to support Europe’s coffee enthusiasts for a premium espresso brand. You’ll handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, guiding users through setup and troubleshooting.

No prior CS experience required; you will receive fully paid training and relocation to Greece, with a competitive local salary and 14 salaries per year, plus potential hybrid work after performance.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 fluency in Dutch with English at B2-C1 for training and systems.
• Typing speed at least 25 words per minute.
• Open-minded, communicative and solution-driven personality.
• Willing to relocate and embrace an expat lifestyle in Greece.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
• Provide after-sales support: setup guidance, troubleshooting, delivery status and refunds inquiries.
• Use Salesforce CRM and AI tools to manage daily customer interactions.
• Join a large language-team community with English as a connecting language.

What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

• Be the Coffee Hero: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with their premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
• Provide Smart After-Sales Support: Guide users through fun, uncomplex daily scenarios from setting up their new machines and troubleshooting simple quirks to handling delivery status and refund inquiries.
• Work with Top Tech: Manage your daily customer interactions smoothly using industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce) and cutting-edge internal AI applications.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid command of English (B2-C1) for your training and software systems.
