TELUS Digital Bulgaria is hiring a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Dutch and English to review user-generated back-office information and ensure compliance with policies. Based in Sofia, you will take prompt action on content that violates guidelines, identify patterns, and stay updated on internal rules to support a safe and high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch.
• B2+ level in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience handling sensitive information.
• Experience investigating fraud, spam is a plus.
