Manpower Belgium is seeking a Back Office Assistant with NL/FR/ENG language skills to join our client in Zemst. You will process customer orders in SAP, manage deliveries from A to Z, and serve as the first point of contact for order questions.

You will support the sales team with order information and quotations, work accurately with MS Office, and collaborate well in a team. This is a full-time role with stable employment and standard hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, inside sales support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
• Fluent Dutch, French and English communications.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and register orders in SAP.
• Manage orders and monitor deliveries from A to Z.
• Be the first point of contact for questions about orders.
• Ensure smooth order flow and proactively communicate changes.
• Support sales by sharing customer and order information.
• Prepare quotes and handle administrative follow-up.
