Jobat in Brugge region seeks a dossier administrator to manage client insurance files and act as the primary contact for SME clients. You will handle the dossier from initiation to processing and assist the account manager in sales activities.

The role offers full-time employment with potential for part-time work, flexible hours, and possible remote work. Proficiency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and insurance or relevant experience.
• Organized, accurate, independent and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• You are the privileged contact for assigned clients from the SME sector.
• You manage their insurance dossier.
• You follow the dossier from realization and ensure proper processing.
• You support the account manager in commercial contacts.

• Je bent de geprivileerde gesprekspartner van toegewezen klanten uit de KMO wereld.


• Je staat in voor het beheer van hun verzekeringsdossier.


• Je volgt het dossier op vanaf de realisatie en zorgt voor een juiste verwerking.


• Je ondersteunt de accountmanager in zijn commerciële contacten.

Profiel

Hoe ziet jouw profiel er als dossierbeheerder uit?

• Je hebt een bacheloropleiding financiën en verzekeringen of hebt relevante ervaring.


• Je werkt georganiseerd, accuraat, zelfstandig en probleemoplossend.


• Je kan je vlot mondeling en schriftelijk in het Engels en Frans uitdrukken.


• Je bent een goede communicator met een uitgesproken klant -en servicegerichtheid
