MSIG Europe in Brussels seeks an Operations Resilience Expert to coordinate the DORA regulation implementation and related continuity topics. You will be part of an international Operations Service team providing service to European countries.

The role involves driving improvements, managing BAU across resilience topics, supporting business continuity exercises, coordinating audits, maintaining documentation, and guiding third-party testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, with 3–5 years of external consulting experience preferred in banking or insurance.
• Autonomous, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Very good level in English.
• Experience with operational regulation/legislation in finance.
• Excellent communication across organisational layers.
• Appetite for change and continuous improvement.
• Team player who gets things done and meets deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the DORA regulation implementation and operational resilience topics.
• Be part of an international Operations Service team providing service to European countries.
• Responsible for changes in processes, systems and business model per team strategy and legal entities.
• Drive improvements across the areas and scope.
• Manage BAU on all operational resilience topics.
• Respond to internal audit issues and regulator requests in coordination with the team.
• Support Business Continuity Management (BCP) and annual reviews, BIAs, and critical function identifications.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on operational resilience.
