Job summary

DPS Group Global is seeking a highly skilled scientist to join their Global Analytical Development team. You will design and run dissolution studies to support pharmaceutical development, contribute to in vitro–in vivo prediction strategies, and develop biorelevant dissolution methods with robust QC specifications.

You will work with multidisciplinary, international teams, advance lab automation initiatives, and help digitalize the workflow.

Qualifications

PhD or Master with relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, analytical chemistry, GMP and quality standards.
Experience with dissolution testing and method development is a plus.
Knowledge of DoE, multivariate analysis, or data modelling is advantageous.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Design, plan, execute, and follow up on dissolution studies for product development.
Contribute to biopharmaceutical assessment strategies using in vitro data.
Develop and optimize biorelevant dissolution methods and QC specs.
Support automation initiatives and contribute to digitalization.
Investigate and improve dissolution and drug release mechanisms.
Apply data analysis and predictive modelling to support decisions.
Collaborate with Formulation Development, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, QA, and Regulatory Affairs.
Participate in technical discussions with global teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and present scientific reports and documentation.
