Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Pharmacovigilance Alliance Contracting and Management to lead and develop the PV contracting and alliance governance across multiple countries. The role oversees strategic negotiations, governance and risk management for PV partnerships, while partnering with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient alliance execution.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years in related field, incl. 8 years in PV operations
• Deep knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations and PV alliance governance
• Proven people leadership and matrix collaboration experience
• Strong negotiation and risk management capabilities

• Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of PV agreements worldwide
• Oversee global PV Alliance Contracting function and talent development
• Support governance and partnership management for PV collaborations
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual obligations and governance
• Collaborate with Legal to govern PV templates
• Identify and manage PV contract risks; escalate issues
• Partner with internal and external teams to ensure PV obligations align
