Qualifications

• Experience as Director/Head of Operations in luxury hotels or multi-outlet venues.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch a plus.

Hospitality Talents is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Operations with a strong F&B background to lead the operational excellence of a prestigious and dynamic hotel in Brussels.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can oversee the entire operations of the hotel, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage, to ensure exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and team development.

In this key leadership position, you will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Executive Committee to shape the operational vision of the hotel. Your F&B expertise will be critical in aligning the hotel’s offerings with its brand standards, financial objectives, and innovative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations (with a focus on F&B) to ensure exceptional guest experiences and optimal profitability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with financial goals and the hotel’s lifestyle DNA.
• Manage budgets, costs, and P&L with a focus on F&B performance.
• Lead and inspire a multicultural team to deliver flawless service.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Events, and Sales teams to create memorable experiences.

Required Profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations, F&B Director, or Senior F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or multi-outlet environment.
• Financial acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and strategic vision, with a hands‑on approach.
• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
