The Director drives innovation in compliance systems and analytics, ensuring that quality data, advanced analytics, and modern technology solutions support critical compliance activities such as global transparency reporting, anti-corruption monitoring (e.g. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act FCPA), third-party risk management, and other key compliance processes. As a senior member of the HCC leadership team, this role has a broad global scope, requiring close collaboration across regions and functions to maintain consistent, efficient, and proactive compliance program operations. The Director’s work is pivotal to strengthening the compliance program’s data-driven insights, enhancing risk detection capabilities, and embedding compliance controls into enterprise systems from a "compliance by design" perspective.
