Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare policy and/or economics in pharma or consultancy.
• Strong research and economic analysis capabilities using quantitative evidence.
• Understanding international healthcare market dynamics and payer dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for external policy engagement.
• Experience leading diverse data types (financial, medical, pharmaceutical).
• Ability to convey complex statistics to varied audiences.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work style under tight timelines.
