Job summary

Terumo Europe NV is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager Cardiovascular EMEA to lead the EMEA Medical Affairs strategy for the Cardiovascular Therapeutic Area, combining scientific expertise with business acumen. You will lead evidence-generation, scientific communications, and build partnerships with clinicians and internal stakeholders across regions.

You will guide an international Medical Affairs team, translate complex evidence into actionable insights, and travel regularly across the region,

Qualifications

MD with cardiovascular expertise and strong scientific credibility.
At least 10 years in Medical Affairs within medical devices, pharma or biotech.
Ability to engage with cardiovascular experts and senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic, business acumen and leadership in an international team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the EMEA Medical Affairs strategy for Cardiovascular.
Define evidence-generation strategy in collaboration with Clinical Affairs, Marketing and other functions.
Shape scientific communication through publications, congress activities and symposia.
Act as a trusted cardiovascular expert for EMEA and global stakeholders.
Lead, engage and develop the Medical Affairs team with clear objectives.
