Methis Consulting Belgium is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation and infrastructure projects in the energy and mobility sector. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, delivering cutting-edge solutions for top-tier clients.

The role requires 3–7+ years in IT project management within utilities/energy sectors, strong MS Office/PM tools proficiency, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business economics, business engineering or technology-oriented field (ICT, business analytics, engineering, computer science)
• 3–7+ years experience managing IT projects in the utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding of utility business processes and systems (GIS, SCADA, SAP IS-U, AMI, outage management)
• Proven success delivering IT upgrades, digital platforms, or enterprise applications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI/PMP
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, asset management systems, or smart grid is a nice to have
• Mother tongue French or Dutch and can express yourself in the other language; English professional

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the utilities domain (energy, water, gas, grid operations, etc.)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure project milestones and budgets are met
• Oversee project documentation, risk management, and status reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data governance, and cybersecurity standards
• Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and process optimization
