Job summary

WEAREONE.world seeks an intern in Paid Digital & Performance to join the team behind Tomorrowland and related brands. You will assist with paid campaigns, tracking setups, and reporting, collaborating with the Digital Paid & Performance Strategist and the Social Media Lead in an international context.

You are pursuing a digital marketing education, enjoy data-driven work, and have basic knowledge of GTM/GA4. English and Dutch are required, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a relevant education in digital marketing with a focus on online advertising and performance marketing.
• You have a strong interest in digital performance marketing and the technical layer behind it (GTM/tracking).
• You have a solid basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4 and tracking concepts.
• Interest in measurement, attribution, data flows and event tracking.
• Understanding of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Google (Digital Marketing/Ads) certificates or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid digital campaigns for Tomorrowland projects.
• Daily monitoring, optimization and reporting of ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate on tracking solutions: GTM setups, event tracking, UTM structures.
• Support data collection and troubleshooting for performance measurements.
• Build, update and automate reporting dashboards (Looker Studio).
• Contribute to technical documentation for campaigns and tracking.
