Terumo Europe NV is offering a Digital Marketing Intern position in Leuven, Belgium, with a hybrid work setup. The role focuses on turning PSD’s website into a performance-driven channel through analytics, optimization, and KPI tracking.

You will learn GA4, Contentsquare, and SEO while collaborating with international stakeholders and gaining hands-on experience in global B2B digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently explore new tools, methodologies and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Able to communicate recommendations clearly to both marketing and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support the transition of the PSD website from a newly launched platform to a performance-driven digital channel.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using GA4 and Contentsquare.
• Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, heatmaps, session recordings and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve user experience, accessibility, content effectiveness and conversion paths.
• Support SEO and content optimization initiatives to improve website visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve website performance and user experience.
• Benchmark digital best practices across Terumo business units and external organizations.
• Create dashboards, reports and insights to help drive data-based website optimization decisions.
