Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Digital Product Owner for Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) to steer product direction for Empower, OpenLab CDS and Chromeleon, linking scientific workflows with trusted data across J&J’s development laboratories.

You will partner with DOS System Architects and SMEs to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and global adoption, shaping the CDS landscape end-to-end in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma or related sciences/engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of laboratory systems supporting pharmaceutical process development and clinical manufacturing; hands-on with Empower, OpenLab CDS, or Chromeleon preferred.
• Experience with GMP regulations; knowledge of GAMP and SDLC preferred.
• Experience with FAIR data principles and digital transformation projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design & implement CDS’ future state, driven by business value.
• Regulatory, Audit & SOP management support; ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Stakeholder alignment with TDS; promote adoption of data solutions.
• Data lifecycle management from collection to analysis; adhere to FAIR principles.
• Collaborate with Scientific Experts to guide feature design and data integration.
• Vendor management for laboratory, manufacturing, and data analytics systems.
• Troubleshooting and continuous improvement to enhance system performance.
• Cross-functional leadership across departments to drive business value realization.
