Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Product Owner for Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) to set the product direction for Empower, OpenLab CDS and Chromeleon across Therapeutics Development & Supply laboratories.

You will partner with DOS System Architects, Business SMEs, and IT to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and global adoption of modern data workflows. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma or related sciences/engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors.
• Experience with Empower, OpenLab CDS or Chromeleon is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define CDS future state with business leaders and data architects to deliver value.
• Ensure regulatory inspections, SOP management, and data integrity across the CDS landscape.
• Collaborate with DOS System Architects and vendors to enable data-driven decisions.
