Black Pen Recruitment is seeking an On-boarding manager (Information Technology/Software) to join our client’s Brussels operations. The role sits in the Development team and involves close collaboration with a major client’s IT team on site in Brussels.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in IT with extensive experience (12+ years), fluent in English, and proficient with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or related field with at least 12 years IT experience.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of information systems and CRM practices.
• Experience building stakeholder maps and mapping processes in large organisations.
• Experience in digital transformation projects is an asset.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships to drive adoption of digital solutions.
• Create stakeholder maps and adoption dashboards and reports.
• Oversee the adoption journey of multiple stakeholder groups.
• Support successful digital projects by keeping stakeholders updated.
• Identify and document services and requirements to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Assist helpdesk by sharing knowledge in policy areas within responsibility.
