Hello Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Account Executive to drive growth for Belgian and French clients. You will be the interface between Hello Agency and the customer, ensuring quality, timing and budget adherence across projects.

Ideal candidates have university-level education or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of web projects, and proven account management capabilities. Fluent in French and English, or French and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent by experience.
• Significant experience in web project, business development and strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Be proactive to business development.
• Create strategic recommendations and proposals.
• Develop the client relationship and budget.
• Be responsible for project production and planning, allocating resources and budgeting.
• Provide excellent customer service and support clients to ensure building privileged relationships.
