Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair life-sustaining medical devices across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will ensure high-quality service, perform installations, maintenance, and network setup in hospital and patient-home environments, and deliver thorough service reports.

The role requires a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English, Dutch and French, and a customer-focused, self-starting mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
Strong technical insight and ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams.
Experience as a Field Service Technician is an advantage; healthcare experience adds value.
Customer-focused, self-starter, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

Maintain, repair, install, and upgrade medical devices in hospitals and at patients’ homes in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Assist in setting up network connections for equipment in hospital environments.
Work daytime shifts with occasional on‑call duties in the evenings and weekends.
Ensure tools and calibration equipment are compliant and up to standard.
Start workday from home and perform tasks on-site in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Prepare service reports detailing interventions and share copies with customers.
