EPAM Systems is seeking a DevOps Team Lead to join a client team building a Modeling-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform on Microsoft Azure. You will oversee the infrastructure, CI/CD, and operations for a complex project and manage a team of four DevOps specialists.

You will design infrastructure solutions, own end-to-end delivery, and implement Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC (Terraform/ARM).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Azure Cloud engineering.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog and Azure Monitor.
• Understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and IAM policies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee infrastructure, CI/CD and operational aspects of the project.
• Manage a team of DevOps specialists (4).
• Provide Release Manager support.
• Design infrastructure technical solutions and take end-to-end ownership.
• Implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply IaC tools such as Terraform and ARM templates.
• Handle Azure Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Optimize cloud resources for cost, efficiency and performance.
• Automate operational tasks using Python/PowerShell.
