Xebia in Belgium Antwerpen is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help clients maximize GitHub usage while blending strong engineering skills with consultancy. You will implement automation, drive adoption, and shape workflows across organizations to deliver value.

You will collaborate with GitHub product teams, migrate and optimize pipelines, and mentor teams through adoption of modern DevOps practices and governance. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering with a consultancy mindset.

Qualifications

• Background in DevOps practices and CI/CD with delivery improvements.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding and configuration of client GitHub environments and adoption.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and AKS runners.
• Support migrations of repositories and pipelines using automation.
• Enhance governance with reusable workflows and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with GitHub product teams to translate new features into client solutions.
• Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with client teams.
