EMW in Belgium is seeking a DevOps Engineer (PaaS) to streamline application delivery and bridge development and infrastructure teams. The role focuses on building robust CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and delivery, and managing hybrid infrastructure with IaC.

You will work with Kubernetes, Rancher, Terraform, and Ansible, ensuring security and observability. On-site work in Braine-l'Alleud and a NATO SECRET clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Holds an active NATO SECRET clearance.
• 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps or automated platform management.
• Strong CI/CD, GitOps, and tooling with GitLab, ArgoCD or Jenkins.
• Experience with container workloads on Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2, Docker.
• IaC experience with Terraform and automation with Ansible.
• Hybrid infra experience across VMware and major clouds (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Proficient in Bash or Python for automation.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK for monitoring.
• Analytical, proactive and able to work in agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and delivery.
• Provision and manage hybrid infrastructure using IaC across on-prem and cloud.
• Administer container orchestration and onboard apps to production.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability.
• Embed security best practices into deployments and configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and deployment issues across agile teams.
