This junior full-stack Java/Angular developer role supports a public-sector digital programme for child health, maternal care and vaccination services. You will contribute to Java and Angular applications, including offline-capable agenda features built with IndexedDB, Dexie and service workers, alongside REST/OpenAPI services and database work on DB2 and MySQL.
The programme is modernising applications used by professionals who manage child medical-social records, prenatal support and vaccination data. Current delivery covers DOMES V2 for children aged 0 to 6, Prénatal V1 for the social record of expectant mothers, and e-VAX 2.0 for vaccination data, cross-service vaccination records and supply-chain monitoring. Existing applications such as DOMES V1 and AGENDA also need corrective maintenance and functional evolution, including online and offline or degraded operation. The assignment is planned from mid-November 2026 through the end of 2027, across several applications as project phases change.
Work follows SCRUM in a service-oriented architecture, with frontend and backend development shared across the programme. The stack includes Angular 21, Angular Material and NgRx, Java 8/JEE 7 and Java 21, Spring Boot and JPA, plus DB2, MySQL and Flyway. You will take features from technical design through implementation, automated testing, deployment and maintenance, in collaboration with functional analysts, testers, developers and technical leadership. Your contribution will support applications used in public-service workflows where data continuity and reliable access, including offline use, are part of the product requirements.
