Experts Group International seeks an experienced Development Expert to lead the design and launch of advanced sliding and folding aluminium solutions. You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with suppliers and internal engineers to deliver robust products.

The role requires strong knowledge of product design and manufacturing, plus hands-on testing and continuous improvement mindset. Fluency in English is essential, with Dutch or French a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ technical/engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with sliding/folding systems, aluminium systems or the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of product design and manufacturing.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D, Inventor and MS Office.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent English; Dutch or French is a plus.
