Experts Group International is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to design tailor-made technical solutions for aluminium façade projects and to lead technical follow-up from approval to execution. The role requires guiding drafters, preparing production details, and overseeing tests with R&D.

You will work with AutoCAD, Inventor, RSTAB, RFEM and collaborate with international teams across Turkey, India, and North America.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil/Building or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Experience with technical drawings and structural calculations, able to defend calculations.
• Experience designing bespoke solutions for complex façade projects, ideally large/high-rise buildings.
• Strong AutoCAD / Inventor skills; RSTAB/RFEM or similar structural calculation software.
• Comfortable working internationally with teams/customers across multiple regions.
• Experience with extrusion drawings, installation details and technical compliance.
• Direct competitor background.

Your Role;

• Design tailor‑made technical solutions per project.
• Own technical follow‑up from approval to execution.
• Guide the technical drafter on specs and extrusion drawings.
• Prepare production details and assembly instructions.
• Lead test phases (including Air‑Wind‑Water) with R&D.
• Work with AutoCAD, Inventor, RSTAB, RFEM

Who you are:

• Master's degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience with technical drawings AND structural calculations – able to explain and defend calculations, not just produce drawings.
• Experience designing/developing bespoke solutions for complex façade projects, ideally large/high-rise buildings.
• Strong AutoCAD / Inventor skills; RSTAB/RFEM or similar structural calculation software highly relevant.
• Comfortable working internationally with teams/customers across Turkey, India, North America etc.
• Experience with extrusion drawings, installation details and technical compliance.
• Direct competitor background.
