Bentley Systems is seeking a Developer Community Programs Manager to own strategy and execution for its developer programs portfolio, including hackathons, Developer Days, API/SDK workshops, and peer-learning events. You will connect marketing, product, and partner teams to scale initiatives across products, regions, and communities.

You will build repeatable program models, manage external partnerships, and ensure programs are visible and aligned with Bentley's platform strategy and business

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in developer programs, developer relations, or related roles.
• Experience developing or managing developer-focused experiences like hackathons, workshops, webinars.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs, SDKs, developer tools.
• Credibility with developer audiences and ability to translate needs into engaging experiences.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and scale programs such as hackathons, Developer Days, webinars, API/SDK workshops, and build challenges.
• Serve as the primary internal point for developer initiatives, ensuring coordination and visibility.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Events, Partnerships, and external orgs.
• Translate strategy into compelling programs that show practical use of Bentley technology.
• Build partnerships with external developer communities, universities, and tech partners.
• Manage relationships with ecosystem leaders to reach new audiences.
• Shape program content with internal and external experts, including sessions and tutorials.
• Create clear engagement paths to Bentley's community and resources.
• Capture feedback to inform product and platform priorities.
