Elia Group in Belgium is seeking a Designer Coordinator LV to lead a team of internal and external designers, coaching them to deliver high-quality studies on time and within deadlines.

You will coordinate planning for your team, plan ongoing and future studies, ensure performance management, workload balance, knowledge transfer, and training, while applying CAD and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher secondary education in electricity or electromechanics, or equivalent through experience.
• Fluency in Dutch or French; good knowledge of the other national language (spoken and written).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of CAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication skills, assertive, customer-oriented, team spirit, creative.
