++addmore, a Belgian product launch studio, seeks a Design Engineer who blends design and engineering to ship real interfaces. You’ll move from Figma to production code, sometimes without handoff, using Claude Code or similar tools.

You’ll verify AI-generated output for quality, security and accessibility, prototype with real users, run workshops, and narrate your process as you push fast, thoughtful product experiments.

Qualifications

• Design in Figma and implement in code
• Quality, security, accessibility and maintainability checks
• Prototype with real users and usability testing
• Able to run workshops and narrate your process

Responsabilités

• Design in Figma and build prototypes in Claude Code or equivalent
• Review AI-generated code for quality and security before client delivery
• Create motion and interactive UI directly in code
• Build internal tools, automations and workflow shortcuts
• Prototype for real people and conduct usability testing
• Lead workshops and communicate your process to the team
