Job summary

ISDIN is expanding in the Benelux and seeks a Brand Manager to drive strategy, launches, and market execution in the Belgian market from Waterloo. You will translate global strategy into local, measurable plans, shape product positioning, and lead cross-functional collaboration with regulatory and sales teams.

You bring at least 5 years in dermocosmetics within the pharmacy channel, plus a Marketing or scientific degree, and fluency in Dutch or French with English, enabling effective

• Minimum 5 years as Product/Brand Manager in dermocosmetics within pharmacies.
• Degree in Marketing or a scientific field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with strong English proficiency.
• Analytical, autonomous, highly organized, team player.

Responsibilities

• Translate global strategy into operational Benelux marketing plans.
• Define product positioning and launch plans for innovations.
• Develop scientific, medical, and promotional materials for pharmacies, dermatologists, patients.
• Monitor market share, sell-out, and KPIs; manage budget.
• Collaborate with field teams and regulatory/supply chain for launches.
