Crédit Agricole Group, Brussels-based, seeks a Depositary Control Analyst to perform systematic verifications under the Depositary Control Plan and applicable laws. You will monitor UCIs, NAV calculations, cash flows, and compliance with asset management requirements, contributing to risk control in valuation activities.

Qualifications

• Carry out systematic verifications according to the Depositary Control Plan and applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor UCIs (Fund of Funds) and NAV calculations, cash flows, and compliance with asset management requirements.

Responsabilités

• Monitor Funds (UCITS & AIF) and perform NAV controls, cash flow monitoring, and subscription/redemption reviews.
• Assist in due diligence visits of management companies and draft reports for management review.
• Assist in redaction and presentation of the Depositary Bank Report to the Board.
• Collate data for key performance indicators and internal depositary reporting.
• Collaborate with Management Companies, Auditors, Regulators, Boards, Asset Managers and other stakeholders.
