Bacardi seeks a Market Demand Planner for BeLux to own local demand forecasting and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. You will enrich forecasts with market insights and drive S&OP consensus to improve service levels and profitability.
As a Demand Planning professional, you will transform data into actionable insights, challenge forecasts, and lead discussions with senior stakeholders while maintaining accurate historical data and KPIs.

As a Market Demand Planner for BeLux, you will be responsible for building the most accurate and realistic market forecasts, acting as a backbone for the business to improve customer satisfaction, drive profitability, and enable a lean end-to-end supply chain.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand the market, enrich demand signals from the regional Centre of Excellence (CoE), and challenge forecasts using strong data-driven insights.
We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of the demand planning process, influence stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in driving alignment through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

You are an experienced Demand Planning professional with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to translate data into business actions.
You have hands-on experience developing forecasts, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment across commercial and supply chain functions. You are confident challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity, and taking ownership of the demand planning agenda.
You thrive in cross-functional environments and understand how demand forecasting impacts the broader supply chain and business performance.
