Job summary

NIPRO Corporation - Global is seeking a Demand Planner to join our EMEA Operations team, based in Mechelen, Belgium. You will ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective planning by reviewing forecasts, managing inventory, and coordinating production with suppliers.

The role emphasizes hands-on planning, cross-functional communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Home working is possible 2x per week.

Responsibilities

• Review forecasts for assigned product groups and assess forecast accuracy.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor sales targets from key customers and their orders.
• Analyze and validate production requirements based on service and inventory targets.
• Coordinate production and purchasing orders with suppliers and allocate finished production.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

For Nipro Medical, we are looking for a Demand Planner who is experienced, hands-on, and communicative to join us in our EMEA Operations team, based in our EMEA headquarters office in Mechelen, Belgium.

About The Role

The Demand Planner will ensure that our company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. He/ She will follow up all demand planning duties including, analysing the inventory flow, set-up and fine tune sales forecast, and the strategic creation and execution of future production planning. He/ She will act according to the existing European Supply Chain procedures for planning and sourcing and help to improve them.

How You Will Contribute

• Review for assigned product groups the forecast provided by sales organisations.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve the forecast accuracy
• Follow up sales targets from key customers based on their order placement
• Analyse and validate production requirements based on service and inventory targets
• Follow up production and purchase orders with the supplier and allocate the finished production according to needs
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
