Lansweeper is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own and scale the global pipeline engine across enterprise and mid-market segments. This hybrid role blends leadership with hands-on execution of ABM, paid media, SEO/SEM, email, webinars, and events to drive qualified pipeline.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation within SaaS (cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise software preferred).
• Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
• Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution (experience with Nrich, 6sense, or Demandbase preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (marketing automation).
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, interpreting attribution models, and forecasting pipeline.

Senior Manager, Demand Generation

(Hybrid 3 days in office in Ghent)

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will own and scale Lansweeper’s pipeline generation engine for the global market, driving measurable impact across enterprise and mid-market segments. This is a high-impact individual contributor leadership role focused on building integrated demand generation and ABM programs that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunity velocity, and support revenue growth.

In the near term, the focus is on strengthening pipeline contribution, increasing campaign performance visibility, and deepening alignment with Sales (ITO audience). Longer term, the goal is to mature Lansweeper’s data-driven, account-based demand generation strategy in the cybersecurity and IT asset intelligence space.

Challenge

The main challenges you’ll face are:

• Scaling predictable, high-quality B2B SaaS pipeline generation in a competitive cybersecurity market
• Strengthening Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution across priority verticals
• Driving measurable ROI and clear pipeline attribution across multiple channels

Key Requirements

Lansweeper is an AI-native company. In this role, you’ll be expected to actively leverage AI-powered tools and automation to increase work efficiency, enhance campaign personalization, and support data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle.

Team Info

You’ll join the Global Demand Generation team, working closely with Sales (ITO audience), Product Marketing, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Creative, and the Center of Excellence (CoE).

This role reports directly to the Director of Global Demand Generation and operates as a senior individual contributor within the marketing organization.
