JD.COM is a leading logistics company seeking a capable supervisor to support daily operations at the delivery station and lead a small team of associates, sorters, or drivers during shifts.

You will allocate tasks, monitor progress, ensure timely dispatch, and uphold safety and quality standards while coordinating with transport and customer service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
