Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics invites an experienced operations supervisor to join its large-item distribution center in Belgium. You will oversee receipt, dispatch, sorting, loading/unloading, and outbound processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will manage staff scheduling, coordinate with drivers and carriers, handle exceptions, and maintain 5S and safety standards while driving KPI improvements and day-to-day site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational management of the large-item distribution center.
• Manage staff scheduling, task allocation and on-site operations.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle exceptions such as damaged goods or customer complaints.
• Oversee site safety, equipment usage, and 5S management to ensure compliance with standards.
