Formación

• Currently pursuing studies in psychology, social sciences, communication or related fields.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to interact with site associates directly.
• Strong analytical and observational skills with a practical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Map DE&I needs and experiences of blue-collar associates at Leuven and Genk sites.
• Gather insights via conversations, interviews, focus groups, surveys and other methods.
• Analyze feedback to identify recurring themes, needs and barriers.
• Research DE&I trends and best practices in manufacturing contexts.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations and initiatives.
• Support design and implementation of selected DE&I actions.
• Collaborate with HR, Associate Resource Groups and local teams.
• Create clear presentations to share findings and progress.
