Babcock International in Belgium is seeking a Resource Transition Manager to mobilise and deliver a major defence capability programme at SIMCEN near Leopoldsburg. You will lead recruitment, onboarding excellence and workforce transitions to build a high-performing team.

This fixed-term, full-time role involves coordinating stakeholder engagement, ensuring security compliance, and supporting strategic workforce planning across the programme, with travel to client sites.

Qualificações

• Experience in strategic workforce planning, resource management or workforce transition programmes.
• Experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition activities within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to coordinate onboarding, employee transition and knowledge transfer processes.
• Experience managing workforce compliance and governance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating recruitment, resourcing and onboarding activities to support programme mobilisation.
• Managing workforce transition plans, including knowledge transfer and personnel integration.
• Ensuring compliance with workforce policies, security requirements and employment regulations.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic workforce planning objectives.
• Supporting programme managers and operational leaders with workforce forecasting and resource management.
