OneSource Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Data Scientist / AI Engineer Consultant to advance the M3D matching engine and its data pipelines using Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Microsoft Fabric.

The role includes deploying Forem environments, building CI/CD, and ensuring data quality, with remote, full-time work through 2027. Collaboration with project managers and technical teams will be essential to deliver scalable AI solutions and production releases.

Formación

• Experience as Data Scientist / AI Engineer focusing on Azure-based data and AI solutions.
• Proficiency with building data pipelines and M3D engine components.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.

JOB TITLE: DATA SCIENTIST / AI ENGINEER CONSULTANT (AZURE & MICROSOFT FABRIC)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• As part of the "Matching 3D" project, Forem is calling on a consultant for a period extending from the date of taking up the position to 31 December 2027 at the earliest, in order to continue the development of the M3D matching engine (job seeker profile, job offer, training offer) and to present it in the Forem's Single File (CRM Dynamics), with a view to the opening of services scheduled for December 2026 and then the gradual replacement of the current matching tools (BiMatch, C1C, ELISE).
• The profile is a recent experience as a Data Scientist / AI Engineer, with expertise in the design, development and activation of data and AI solutions based on Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Microsoft Fabric technologies.

THE MISSION WILL CONSIST IN PARTICULAR OF:

• design, develop and evolve the M3D engine and its data pipelines — ingestion of profiles, job offers and training offers in Fabric, indexing and semantic search in Azure AI Search, fuzzy matching, scoring and reranking logic, prioritization of proposals (priority employment, secondary training) in order to cover business positioning services, robustness of the profile, job matching, training matching and career path recommendation.
• Deployment and activation of Microsoft Forem environments (Azure, Fabric, Foundry, Docker containers and Azure App Service), implementation of CI/CD chains, monitoring and security, identity, compliance and sovereignty requirements, as well as exposure of the engine in the form of APIs and connectors consumable by the Single Folder and business tools.
• Particular attention will be paid to the quality of the data and the validation of the engine: test games and protocols, measurement of the relevance of the results, tests of the engine for advisors and employers and then of the training recommendation engine, preparation of production releases and collaboration with the technical and business teams of the Forem.
• Finally, this mission will be part of a logic of maintaining in operational conditions, documenting and transferring skills to the Forem teams, and supporting the engine's trajectory towards 2028 and the decommissioning of the replaced tools, according to terms defined jointly with the project managers.
