Job summary

Forem is seeking a Data Scientist consultant to continue and extend the M3D matching engine, expose it via CRM Dynamics, and prepare for service openings by 2026. The role emphasizes frontend integration, AI delivery on the Microsoft stack (Azure, Azure AI Search, Fabric), and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

You will design interfaces, ensure explainability of matching criteria, and contribute to API contracts and containerized applications while delivering dashboards and data

Qualifications

• Data Scientist with end-to-end AI app development experience.
• Frontend development experience on a Microsoft stack (Azure, Fabric).
• Experience reporting results and building dashboards for data products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop presentation interfaces for M3D engine results and recommendations.
• Explainability formatting: display criteria gaps, prioritization, and dashboards for monitoring data quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Forem stakeholders (agents, advisors, Single File teams) through workshops and testing for accessible, multilingual interfaces.
• Contribute to engine development: matching/reranking logic, API contracts, containerized apps, version validation.
• Maintain and document solutions, support through 2027 with project managers.

As part of the Matching 3D project, Forem is seeking a consultant for a period extending from the start date to December 31, 2027, to continue the development of the M3D matching engine (job seeker profile, job offer, training offer) and to expose it in the Single Citizen File (CRM Dynamics), with a view to the opening of services planned for December 2026 and then the gradual replacement of current matching tools (BiMatch, C1C, ELISE).

The desired profile demonstrates recent experience as a Data Scientist, with expertise in end-to-end AI application development, particularly experience in frontend development and results reporting, on a Microsoft technology platform (Azure, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric).

The mission will notably consist of:

• design and develop the presentation interfaces of the results of the M3D engine — business positioning, robustness of the profile, job and training proposals, recommended paths for their integration into the Single File and consumption spaces (personal, agent, company, partner).
• The consultant will also ensure the formatting of the explainability of the matching: clear and concise display of the matching criteria, the gaps in skills and the prioritization of proposals, as well as the creation of monitoring and management dashboards (data quality, test results, usage and performance indicators of the engine).
• Particular attention will be paid to co-design with users and technical and business stakeholders of Forem (agents, advisors, Single File teams): workshops, demonstrations, collection of feedback during testing phases, accessibility and multilingualism of interfaces, in order to guarantee the alignment of solutions with operational needs.
• He/she will also contribute to the development of the engine itself (matching and reranking logic, API contracts, containerized applications, validation of delivered versions) in close collaboration with the Azure/Fabric expert.
• This mission will finally be part of an evolving maintenance, documentation and support approach for the solutions deployed until the end of 2027, according to terms defined jointly with the project managers.
