team.blue is seeking a Senior Data Science Lead to join our Data & Analytics team. You will lead a small team of two data scientists while staying hands-on, building models and delivering actionable insights that shape business decisions.

The role blends strategy and execution in a hybrid setup: coach and mentor, own the most complex projects end to end, collaborate with business leaders, product managers and engineers, and translate data into measurable value through ML, forecasting and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science with 3+ in leadership
• Proven line-management and team development experience
• Hands-on writing production-quality code
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of two data scientists; set objectives and review work.
• Stay hands-on in delivery; own complex projects end-to-end.
• Manage backlog, prioritise with stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Develop data-driven solutions aligned with business goals.
• Define data science roadmap with leadership; translate into plans.
• Build, deploy and maintain ML models to forecast trends.
