Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Quality and MDM Expert to join a consultancy at a client site. You will transform healthcare data into actionable insights using Azure Cloud, Databricks, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI.

You will translate business data quality requirements into robust validation rules, monitor data quality, and manage master/reference data across the organization, collaborating with Data Owners and Data Stewards to remediate issues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years in large data teams.
• 5+ years in Data Quality or MDM roles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Databricks.
• Data engineer or data functional analyst experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business data quality requirements into data validation rules and monitoring processes.
• Analyze data flows to ensure data quality and fitness for use.
• Define and maintain data quality controls (syntactic and semantic).
• Execute data quality assessments and coordinate remediation with Data Owners/Stwes.
• Own and monitor reference data assets across the organization.
• Coordinate master data quality monitoring with Business Owners and Data Stewards.
• Assess new data flows and reference datasets for quality improvements.
• Configure and improve data validation platform and MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote data quality best practices.
• Maintain openness to learn and adapt.

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Quality and MDM Expert for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming healthcare data into valuable insights that support policy and medical decisions. You will work with modern technologies including Azure Cloud, Databricks, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translate business data quality requirements into effective data validation rules and monitoring processes.
• Analyse and understand data flows from both business and technical perspectives to ensure data quality and fitness for use.
• Define, document, and maintain data quality controls, including technical (syntactic) and business (semantic) validation rules.
• Execute data quality assessments with a validation engine, analyse results, produce quality reports, and coordinate remediation actions with Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Own, maintain, and monitor the quality, integrity, availability, and lifecycle of reference data assets used across the organization.
• Coordinate and support master data quality monitoring and improvement activities in collaboration with Business Owners and Data Stewards, ensuring data issues are identified, tracked, and remediated.
• Assess new data flows and reference datasets, identify quality improvement opportunities, and contribute to their documentation and governance.
• Configure, maintain, and continuously improve the data validation platform and reference data management solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to promote data quality best practices and support data governance initiatives.
• Exhibit a willingness to learn and maintain an open-minded approach.

Technical Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 7 years of practical and professional experience in large data teams.
• Minimum 5 years of practical and professional experience in a Data Quality or MDM role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and DataBricks.
• Prior experience as a data engineer or data functional analyst is a plus.
