PLUXEE BELGIUM SA is seeking a Data Project Manager in Belgium to govern data initiatives across the spoke and regional teams. The role focuses on managing data projects, change management, and aligning data lifecycles with business needs.

You will drive schedules, resources, and governance while coordinating with global data leaders to scale solutions and deliver insights that influence business decisions across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or Project Management.
• 5+ years' experience managing large data projects in a major organization.
• Experience leading data analytics projects and data topics (compliance, skills, technologies).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management.

Responsabilités

• Create and drive the project schedule; track status and priorities.
• Support capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects.
• Collect and translate business needs into Data capabilities and processes.
• Challenge needs to ensure realistic and efficient deliveries.
• Write functional/technical specs for data solutions (data flows, models, governance).
• Identify and escalate critical issues; ensure resolution.
• Manage daily/weekly project communications and status reporting (Azure Boards).
• Align with project budget (investment/build projects).
• Define stakeholder roles and responsibilities (RACI).
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Prepare and present project documents (charter, plan, summaries, schedules).
• Centralize documentation (slides, specs, charts, minutes).
• Collaborate with Global Data Program Manager and Data PM Community.

Your next challenge:

Pluxee Data organization has chosen a decentralized Data Hub (central) & Data Spoke (local) organization where the Spokes are data factory teams covering multiples countries Data needs and supporting business teams by delivering Business intelligence reports, ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making and advanced insights aiming at predicting clients, merchants, or consumers behaviours.

Reporting to the Data Spoke Manager and located in Belgium, the Data Project Manager is a key member of the spoke. He/she will guarantee the best practices of Project Management in data projects, and act as facilitator to communicate and connect people from BRS (local, region and global).

With the support of dedicated Group Teams, He/she will guarantee the correct project tracking (Plan, financial and scope), communicate properly to Region, Global and Data Community.

Data project management is managed at Spoke level. This position will focus on managing data projects, organization change management and product data lifecycle. The objective is to guarantee a perfect alignment to business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Data Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and driving the project schedule, tracks the status of project activities and ensures that schedules and priorities are being met.
• Supporting the capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects.
• Collecting and translating business needs into Data capabilities and processes
• Challenging needs to ensure realistic and efficient deliveries.
• Writing functional/technical specifications required to deliver the data solution (data flows, data models, governance, and processes documents).
• Ensuring critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.
• Managing daily/weekly project communication and status reporting (Azure Boards).
• Ensuring Alignment with project budget (investment / build projects).
• Identifying each project stakeholder role and responsibility (RACI).
• Applying relevant project methodology considering project organization (agile, waterfall …).
• Preparing and present project management documents (project charter, project plan, executive summaries, work-back schedules, action items, change management logs,)
• Centralizing and organizing all relevant documentation related to the project (slide deck, specifications, charts, and meeting minutes).
• Interacting with Global Data Program Manager and the Data PM Community to scale projects.

You’re a match

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, or Project Management
• +5 years working in large data project in a major organization.
• Experience in leading and managing data analytics projects ans data topics (compliance, skills, technologies).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies
• Working Knowledge of various system development lifecycle methodologies.
• Skilled in Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or Azure Dev Ops, Monday.com).
• Experience with AI project delivery management will be a plus.
• Rigorous and organized.
• Strong communication skills with different stakeholders (Data specialists, IT, Business, Management, C-Level) Languages: fluent English is mandatory - Knowledge on French / Dutch / Czech / Polizh, will be a plus.
