We are currently seeking a Data Product Owner. Are you passionate about unlocking the power of data and transforming it into actionable insights and AI-driven solutions? Join our dynamic Data and AI team as a Data Product Owner and help shape innovative data products that drive value for our users.

This role bridges the gap between our users, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding. As a Data Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our data products are reliable, discoverable, and business-driven.

Primary Responsibilities Delivering insightful data:

  • Own the BricsCAD Analytics Program end-to-end, including UI presentation, techno-legal aspects, and customer perception.
  • Understand business needs and translate them into data-driven questions and actionable requirements.
  • Identify optimal solutions balancing benefit and cost, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with data experts (engineers, scientists, analysts) to implement scalable, usable data products that deliver tangible business value.
  • Promote data democratization by enhancing accessibility and usability through documentation, training, and internal marketing.
  • Oversee lifecycle and lineage of data products, ensuring accuracy and relevance over time.

Delivering AI-driven Solutions in BricsCAD:

  • Drive Innovation: Lead the development and enhancement of AI-driven features which allow our software to help increase user efficiency through automation and intelligent assistance.

Additional Responsibilities Support Product Management:

  • Define KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for upcoming releases and validate the product roadmap for your area.
  • Prioritize the backlog to ensure the development team focuses on high-value features that align with roadmap commitments.
  • Create user stories that clearly articulate problems, goals, and acceptance criteria.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about market/product requirements, risk management, and roadmap progress.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Education / Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analyst, Data Product Owner, or Data Analyst.
  • Experience with CAD software is a strong plus, or a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to CAD environments
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in AI-driven solutions, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integrating LLM-based features into products.

Technical Skills:

  • Data Analysis: Proficient in SQL/Python, and familiar with BI tools.
  • Data Management: Hands-on experience in data catalog management, data modeling, data quality assessments, source-to-target analysis, and data contracts.
  • Agile Expertise: Familiar with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp business contexts, processes, and challenges.
  • Solution-Oriented: Pragmatic thinker who balances cost-benefit considerations effectively.
  • End-to-End Understanding: Capacity to zoom in on granular details and zoom out to see the bigger picture of data flows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate seamlessly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Organizational Skills:

  • Independent & Reliable: Plan your own work, work autonomously, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Organized, structured, and detail-oriented in your approach.
