Impact
You will turn our innovative data platform into a lasting strategic foundation within our services. You ensure integration, standardization, and continuous knowledge building, while developing new data-driven services and business models together with the team. In this role, you will grow and evolve the platform year after year, guide both internal and external adoption, and steer its evolution towards international scalability.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and client needs into functional requirements for the framework, with continuous updates based on new insights.
• Design standardized workflows, data models, and templates to be rolled out within the framework.
• Develop internal knowledge documentation and training programs for consultants, enabling the whole team to grow in digital maturity.
• Guide the transition from custom-built projects to a standardized and scalable approach.
• Identify opportunities for productized services and licensing models based on the platform.
• Safeguard ongoing improvements in security, compliance, and best practices in the operational use of the framework.
• Passion for data and analytics.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
